Case study
VIP Sports & Fitness
An online store for a Dhaka gym-equipment seller with more than 500 products: treadmills, exercise bikes, strength machines and accessories. A Next.js storefront on a Go backend that scores 99 on mobile PageSpeed.

The project
VIP Sports & Fitness sells commercial and home gym equipment across Bangladesh with cash on delivery. The catalogue is large, with heavy product images and many categories.
I built the storefront in Next.js on a Go backend so that browsing a large catalogue stays quick, even on a phone: it scores 99 on mobile PageSpeed and 100 on desktop.
What I built
- Next.js storefront backed by a Go API
- Category browsing for treadmills, exercise cycles, strength machines, racks and more
- Shop page with sorting, plus a product comparison page
- Daily deals with a countdown timer and a newly launched products section
- Cart, account, wishlist and a support line in the header
- Mobile-first layout for shoppers on phones
Stack
- Next.js
- React
- Go
